What is the minimum number of pieces for screen printing?
The screen printing minimum for new orders with 1-3 colors in the logo is 24 pieces. This can be any mix of hoodies, t-shirts, long sleeves, etc. as long as all pieces are getting the same print.
For logos with 4 colors, the minimum is 36 pieces.
For logos with 5 colors, the minimum is 75 pieces.
For logos with 6 colors, the minimum is 100 pieces.
For logos with 7-8 colors, the minimum is 150 pieces.
Can I bring in my own shirts for you to print on?
All of the garments we print are ordered and shipped directly to us from our distributors who specifically create garments with decoration in mind. In order to give you the best results, we do not print on customer supplied goods.
What is the minimum number of pieces for embroidery?
The embroidery minimum is 12 pieces. These 12 pieces all need to be getting the same design in the same size.
After your initial order, the minimum reduces to 6 pieces.
Can I bring in my own pieces to be embroidered?
Yes, although we don’t guarantee any customer supplied goods. There is a slight chance that your garments will be damaged in the decorating process. If this happens you will not be charged for the embroidery, but there will be no compensation for damaged garments.
Do you have any set-up fees or additional charges?
Screen Printing – No screen / set up charges with ready art. If you want to change the logo color between certain pieces, there is a $20 color change fee per color and location.
Embroidery – One time charge for first time embroidery logo set up. Typically $50 for left chest / cap logos. Larger logos are quoted based on the image.
Art fees – If artwork needs to be significantly modified or redrawn art will be billed at $75 per hour. Estimates given before work is started.
Rush fees – If your order needs to be rushed, fees may apply.

What kind of artwork can I send?
We accept most file types including AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and JPG files. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred for the best print quality and editability, but we can help convert your artwork if needed.
Do you keep my logo on file?
Yes, we securely store your artwork and logo for easy reordering in the future.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled before production begins. Once production has started, or after an order is approved, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs and/or delays.
When will I see a proof?
You’ll typically receive a digital proof within 1–3 business days after your official order is approved by you.
How do you determine pricing?
Pricing is based on several factors including garment type, quantity, number of print locations, colors used, and decoration method (screen printing, embroidery, or DTF).
What’s the difference between DTF and screen printing?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers designs onto garments using a heat-applied film, making it great for detailed, full-color prints and smaller runs. Screen printing involves pushing ink through a stencil onto fabric and is ideal for bulk orders with simpler designs.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on qualifying orders. We deliver and ship anywhere in New England for free.
What fabric is best for contractors?
Durable, heavyweight cotton or cotton/poly blends are best for contractors. These materials hold up well to frequent washing and tough working conditions. We also offer items like snag-proof polos, UV protective wear, and top workwear brands including Carhartt, Cornerstone, Majestic, and more.
Will my items shrink?
Some shrinkage is normal, especially with 100% cotton garments. We recommend following care instructions to minimize shrinkage.
What is the difference between 100% cotton and 50/50 T-shirts?
100% cotton shirts are soft and breathable but may shrink more. 50/50 blends (cotton/polyester) are more resistant to shrinking, wrinkles, and fading.
Do you offer payment terms?

I don’t know my size. How do I figure it out?
We provide detailed sizing charts for all garments. If you’re unsure, we recommend comparing measurements to a shirt you already own or ordering a sample.
