What is the minimum number of pieces for screen printing?
The screen printing minimum for new orders is 24 pieces. This can be any hoodie, t-shirt, long sleeve, etc. as long as all pieces are getting the same print.
IF you place an order and need to do a reorder within the first 30 days of ordering, the screen printing minimum will be reduced to 12 pieces.
Can I bring in my own shirts for you to print on?
No. All of the garments we print are ordered and shipped directly to us in the event we need to replace something, and so we can be sure the garments are going to hold up during the printing process.
What is the minimum number of pieces for embroidery?
The embroidery minimum is 6 pieces. These six pieces all need to be getting the same design in the same size.
After your initial order, the minimum reduces to 3 pieces.
Can I bring in my own pieces to be embroidered?
Yes. Though we don’t guarantee any customer supplied goods. There is a slight chance that your garments will be damaged in the decorating process. If this happens you will not be charges for the embroidery, but there will be no compensation for damaged garments.
Do you have any set-up fees or additional charges?
If you are looking to have a logo embroidered that we have never done in the past, there is a $50 one time set-up fee for a small logo. (example: left chest, hat)
